" I grew up in Shallotte NC and have enjoyed the beaches and the surrounding counties my entire life. It's been amazing to watch this area grow into the place that so many are choosing to call home as well.

I spent 20+ years in the corporate world serving in various leadership roles, focusing mainly on Retail Management. During this time, my passion for people and aptitude for problem solving sparked a genuine interest in real estate. As a Realtor, my professional background gives me the unique ability to fully understand the needs of the people I am working with and the skills to negotiate effectively on their behalf.

Additionally, I hold the many designations and certifications including being a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and Broker in Charge/Owner of Brunswick County Holmes Real Estate. I take great pride in helping my clients make the right decision when buying and/or selling their home. More than anything, I want folks to know that they have a friend in the business. That said, in my experience as a SHALLOTTE real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
